English 3 (again)

My favorite piece of tecnology is the pen, because is simple, portable, ligth, usefull… O n the other hand, it’s like a symbol of journalism, because before smartphones and digital notes, we used to write with a notebook and a pen.  I got it when I was about 12, before I used to use pencils . I remember that chang ing from pencil to pen was all an adventure and a sign that you were growin g up. Now I use it every day, I love it, because it let me express my ideas. It’s dificult, but I think in replace of a pen I could use pencils… it’s not that terrible…

When I was a child I dreamed with the idea of being a teacher, or a scientific, but this change during the school. At high school my ideas of careers were philosophy teacher, nutritionist, lawyer, lenguaje teacher and most important, writer. I didn’t knew how to get the title of writer, and the closer profesion was journalist, so I choose it. My experience at university has been vey good, I have had funny moments, I have made very good friends, but I can’t say everything has been laugh, I also had dark moments, like when I freeze. I hope in the future, my job will be writing in diferent digital medias and freelance. 

I was born in Río Bueno, on October 16th 1997. I’m the second son of Elias Solís and Carla Carrillo, both native of Río Bueno, I have two brothers: Nicolas and Robinson. I studied in the Holy Cross school of Río Bueno from pre school to the secondary education. All along secondary I   thought about my vocation, and the end of the school I came to Santiago to study journalism, because of my dream of becoming a writer, that’s why I choose this career. Part of my hobbies are dance, sing, play my ukulele (it's name is Koda), read novels, ride my bike and go to the gym at the sport center here in JGM.
